Q) Does my dog have to attend every day?
A) No - some dogs attend 5 days a week and some attend one or two days a week.
Q) Can I bring my dog to day care as a one off?
A) Yes - Providing we have room.
Q) Will my dog have to be assessed?
A) Yes - before any dog can attend they will have to come along for an assessment to make sure that they are suitable for daycare or holiday care. These usually take place on a Saturday morning.
Q) Can we arrange to visit you?
A) Of course! Visits are usually arranged for a Saturday morning and can be at the same time as the assessment. Alternatively, if you are unable to come to us we can come to you for a chat about our services.
Q) Is there a minimum age you accept for day care?
A) No, as long as your puppy has been fully vacinated. Day care is great for your puppy to be socialised from a young age.
Q) What is your Collection/Drop off times?
A) Our collection service is between 08:30 and 10:00, Our drop off service is from 16:00 onwards - This is taking traffic into consideration.
Q) Do i have to leave a key or wait in for you to arrive if using your collection service?
A) You can wait in if you prefer but we offer a secure key holding service. All keys are kept locked away when not in use.
Q) What does a normal day care day consist of?
A) Your dog can be dropped off to us before 08:00 or we can collect your dog by prior arrangement between 08:30 and 10:00. Your dog will usually go on their first walk of the day before heading back to our home day care. They will have play with the other dogs and will also be encouraged to have some down time before being taken on their second walk of the day. Drop off times start from 16:00 or you can collect at a pre-agreed time up till 19:00.
Q) Do you walk my dog off lead?
A) This is completely up to you. We will not walk any dogs off lead without the owners consent.
Q) Do you come and meet me and my dog to get to know us before you start to provide walks?
A) Yes of course, in fact we simply don’t walk any dog before we have met them and had a detailed consultation with the owner.

A) This really depends on service you have chosen - If on a single walk it will be around your local area, if part of a group walk there are numerous locations Swindon have to offer with plenty of open space for dogs to run and play.

A) This is completely up to you. We will not walk any dogs off lead without the owners consent.
Q) How long are the walks?
A) Walks are 1 hr long - The 1 hr doesn't start until we reach the walking location.
